Speaker Series: Pediatrician Dr. Parmi Suchdev

On Monday, March 20, 2023, Leah Evans and one of our students interviewed Pediatrician, medical professor, and CDC officer, Dr. Parmi Suchdev, as part of our Spring 2023 speaker series.

Dr. Parmi Suchdev is a Pediatrics-focused medical professor at Emory University (Atlanta, GA) serving in the Department of Pediatrics at the School of Medicine, the Hubert Department of Global Health at the Rollins School of Public Health, and the Program in Nutrition Health Sciences at the Laney Graduate School. He is also a practicing pediatric hospitalist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He is currently on sabbatical from Emory University while he serves as the lead Medical Epidemiologist with the CDC Central American Regional office in Guatemala.  Dr. Suchdev will be talking with us about his experience and about professions in the Health Sciences.
