Not every student thrives in a traditional school. That’s where we come in.

Hemispheres Academy is a virtual school built for globally mobile families—and for students who need a different path to success. Whether a student needs individualized support, an advanced course, greater flexibility, or a community where they finally feel at home, we create a learning experience that meets them where they are and helps them move forward.

Consistency. Flexibility. Connection.

Academic Excellence. Community.

Virtual School, Real Relationships

Imagine…

A school where your child feels seen, understood, and successful.

Where a student with learning differences can find the support they need to thrive—and a student ready for greater challenge can take the advanced course they’re looking for.

Where a child who needs just one class can find it, without having to change schools.

Where students who have never quite felt like they fit in can discover a community where they do.

Where moving across countries doesn’t mean starting over.

Where learning is personalized, relationships matter, and every student has a place.

Imagine finding a school that fits your child—not asking your child to fit the school.

That’s Hemispheres Academy.

Glowing Reports on our Teachers

  • My son is one of the kids who switched to Hemispheres after our post school wasn't able to meet his needs. The program has been great. He meets 4 days a week with a teacher coach first thing in the morning. We have a full-time in-person tutor for him (he's 7) and it's all covered under SNEA. I highly recommend this school. It was some work on my part to get all the pieces in place, but Hemisphere's provided us with a very comprehensive IEP allowing us to get both this schooling and other supports fully funded.

  • It's all going great! Super wonderful. The content is excellent, the platform easy to use, and the girls already ADORE Juliette. I'm not sure if I'm 100% cut out to be a homeschool parent long-term, but if anything could change my mind, it would be y'all's program. Really awesome.

    A Hemispheres Parent

  • Oh my gosh! The kids love it! I just asked my son and he said he enjoyed yesterday, especially going into the breakout rooms and working on the poems. The kids also liked the information you pulled together for Wednesday’s class!

    A Hemispheres Mom

  • I wanted to come back and say a huge thank you for the time and effort put in for both X and Y these last 6 months. I cannot believe how smoothly this all worked out for us! No doubt, because of your hard work. The school has accepted the transcripts and we are working on class details for the upcoming school year. Hemispheres was a literal God-send for us! I could not have done the traditional homeschool route with them where the parent organizes everything and ensures they are staying on pace. Your team were my eyes and ears to listen and see how they were doing and then informing me, as we were finishing up one place and moving through to the next stages of crazy PCS.

  • A huge thank you for all you have done to see our daughter (and us) through these crazy and yet wonderfully exciting times. (Our daughter) finished her last exam today and we made it to Florence, birthplace of my mother, her grandmother. I feel like you are all a part of her maternal family in a way. You have all been great, strong, positive female role models to her and for that I am grateful beyond words. It takes a village sometimes...

  • Thank you. He really seems to be enjoying everything about his school experience. It means the world to us!

    A Hemispheres Mom

  • Thank you so much for helping me with my Spanish. I could not have done it without you.

    From a Hemispheres Student

  • Just a quick note to say thank you for everything and your help and patience meant a lot. We got X enrolled in Fairfax county public schools and they accepted his transcript with no issues!

    A Hemispheres Parent

  • All going beautifully. I'm a total Hemispheres fan girl these days.
